Who is your Pappi?  American Brown Ale– Is named after Roy Galvan’s Fantasy Football teams and his dominance of his Compadres in his leagues.  In the well-known name of  “Who is your Daddy?”, we prefer to dig deep into our Tex-Mex culture and use Pappi instead of Daddy. Malt forward and well balanced, this brown ale is sure to satisfy the serious beer lover. A strong malty backbone is enhanced with a light hop bitterness.  Aye que rico con mucho sabor.
